Submit your information below to pledge to donate if selected to play with Matthew Berry. If you are one of the lucky ones selected, you will be contacted with a donation link for this campaign. Those who are both selected and fulfill their pledged donation, will get to play with Matthew Berry in #SFB15. You must be signed up at scottfishbowl.com and eligible in order to be selected.

What you get if selected and complete your donated pledge:

- Play in #SFB15 with Matthew Berry in his league
- Access to an X group chat where you can interact with Matthew and the other division league members

The money raised will be collected by Fantasy Cares. Fantasy Cares is an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency; all donations are tax deductible. Pledged donations will be split between Sarah Foundation and Fantasy Cares. Sarah Foundation is an accredited 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that helps make independence possible for people with disabilities. This is not an entry fee and not everyone who pledges gets to play with Matthew.
If not selected, you are not expected to make the $1500 donations.
