- Miami posted the highest blitz rate last week which may cause Drake Maye to get out of pocket and scramble a bit more this week. Something he really didn't do much in week 1 that he did a lot last year.
- Despite a huge game allowed to Daniel Jones last week, 2 rushing touchdowns made a huge difference and the Dolphins were 2nd best against fantasy QBs last year. The 2nd half of last year had a handful of multi-score games and Maye can run, so there is hope for Maye here.
- Maye had near 300 last week and so did Jones last week against MIA and that secondary is beatable

- caught 6 of 7 and 50+ yards and a double digit fantasy day... but only played 29 snaps, just 41%. no red zone targets
- Will see Jack Jones who this week said he couldn't care less about Stefon Diggs. Jack Jones had a 117 pass rating against last year and allowed 8 scores in his coverage.
- weirdly think Diggs takes that personally, but it sounds like that WR room is going to have some rotation, more than us fantasy players will like.

- led the team in routes run and targets, tied in catches in week 1 and a bunch of other wr categories
- top 20 in air yards in the nfl
- limited with sholder injury
- gets a matchup in Rasul Douglas who was one of the better corners in the NFL from 2012-2023. Last year he tailed off with a 53 pff grade and 100+ pass rating against and that continued in week 1.

- not worried about Waller yet

- Despite less work, got more targets and was more efficient with his touches
- Only had 51 yards, but limited snaps and touches. Averaged over 5 yards per carry, caught 6 balls, and looked good. He'll get more work going forward. Even on a day he had 27 rushing yards and 24 receiving yards, he had double digit PPR points.
- Last week both Taylor and Giddins in relief after it was out of recah got decent work.

- Geno had 362 yards last week with far less offensive weapons and Christian Gonzalez may miss. Mike McDaniel will want a bounce back.
- The Patriots allowed passing plays of 20+ yards, explosive pass plays, NINE times in Week 1. 38,36,30,28,26,24,23,23,23, and thanks to jaboy meyers for the 10th being just 19 yards as he clearly went down so that I could say 9 times.
- Tua Turntheballova
- Tua had 300+ in 3 of his final 5 last year as well
- Dolphins seem to just play well against NE when in MIA, also home game and McDaniel wanting to show out after last week

- Waddle gets the tougher matchup against Carlton Davis who was PFF's 21st ranked corner last year.
- unlike last year where Waddle and Hill got everything, in week 1 they both played under 2/3rds of snaps and Washington, Eskridge, and Westbrook Ikhine played a bunch. It was a blow out and a blowout early, so that is likely a bigger cause.

- Pats likely without Christian Gonzalez which will be nice for Hill who gets Alex Austin, who played 6 games last year. Allowed a 100 rating against. He has 4.55 speed so may not be able to run with cheetah.
- Pats were 4th worst against WRs last week.

- 10 touches to Gordon's 3 touches and gordon didn't even look good with those 3. Maybe this is just Achane getting his work like last year.
- 56 yards and 2 scores in his game against NE with Tua last year.
- NE held down Jeanty last week and really controlled that LOS
