- Houston allows the fewest completions, attempts, passing scores, and 2nd fewest passing yards.
- This game also has one of the lower over/unders of the week.
- Mac Jones had a couple decent games, but last week he faced Atlanta who is the 2nd toughest against fantasy passers and held Mac Jones to 152 yards and no scores last week. The texans are the only team ranked above them. Of note, the WRs for SF in last week's game had 14, 15, and 31 yards. They had to live off McCaffrey

- He followed up his 2 huge games with a two target dud.
- Houston allows the 2nd fewest receptions, yards, and scores to WRs. Just 2 WR scores all year. Outside of JSN's 14 target day and Puka Nucuas 11 target day, WRs have been held almost completely between 20 and 55 yards against Houston

- First time Kittle has gone catchless, apologized to fantasy owners, bounceback coming
- The Texans have allowed the 3rd fewest receptions and yards to TEs and have allowed just one score to the position all the way back in week 1.
- If there is an upside, Kittle is light years better than any TE the Texans have faced and the two TEs with 5 or more targets went 4-42 and 6-61.

- Honestly, this should always be an auto A this year, and he'll get it here, but it needs to be noted the Texans are #1 against fantasy RBs. Only bucky irving topped 70 rushing yards, and he's the only one to top 75 combo yards.
- The Texans are allowing 18 yards per game through the air to backs. No one near McCaffrey's pass catching level though. Just temper expectations. CMC gets more volume and is a better pass catcher than all the backs Houston has faced.
- Seattle's duo just had 121 yards and 2 scores, and CMC takes all the work, so the A grade is there

- Teams have been able to get to Stroud and disrupt his game. The 49ers have the lowest pressure rate in the league, the fewest QB knockdowns, 5th lowest hurry rate, and 2nd lowest blitz rate, and 2nd fewest sacks. They aren't getting any pressure on QB and just lost Fred Warner
- The Texans O-;line is just so bad they may accidentally stumble into some pressure on Stroud who will be missing his top two receivers.

- He doesn't have more than four targets in any game this year … but this week he could see more action if Nos. 1-2 WRs Nico Collins (concussion) and Christian Kirk (hamstring) are out.
- plays the most snaps, 2nd on the team in targets behind Nico, hasn't done much with it but did score a pair of touchdowns a couple weeks ago and runs the most routes of the healthy options
- Gets the tougher, healthier Deommodore Lenoir ranked 63 by PFF
- Problem is, he hasn't had more than 30 yards this year
- all 4 of his targets were after Nico left

- Last week Noel was the main beneficiary, and has a mini breakout in place of Christian Kirk in the slot. Going 4-77 on 7 targets
- will get fellow rookie Upton Stout in the slot who missed last week with an ankle injury, had been limited but finished the week fully practicing. Cutting and backpedaling to keep up with 4.39 speedy Jaylin Noel may be an issue
- Upton Stout is ranked 108 among CBs by PFF with an abysmal 39.1 coverage grade
- 4 of his 7 targets came after Nico collins left the game, catching 2 for 43. 3 of the 4 targets were deep passes.
- The 49ers are middle of the pack against WRs, and teams have had to spread it around. 15 different receivers have had 40+ yards on them and only one over 90 (JSN who needed 13 targets).

- Had 5 of his 10 targets after Nico left. All 5 came in the final 11 minutes of the game catching 4 of those 5 for 28 yards, he caught 4 of 5 for 70 yards before Nico left.
- Schultz has at least 5 catches in 4 straight but hasn't scored this year. The last two weeks were the first two he topped 40 yards
- Similarly, the 49ers have allowed lead TEs to go for 49, 43, 45, 24, 51, 62 and just 3 scores. He's getting a C with 6 teams on bye and injuries to Nico and Kirk
- Tatum Bethun who replaced warner is good against the run but has allowed every target in his coverage to be completed.

- Led the backfield two of the last 3 weeks and the one he didn't was a 30+ point blowout where Chubb got more work. He's had 7 for 70 and 2 receiving scores in those two games.
- The 49ers are middle of the pack against RBs, but lost Fred Warner and were bottom 5 in receptions and receiving scores to backs.
- In the last 3 games, running backs have averaged 121 total yards, 1 third of that through the air, and they have allowed 2 rushing scores and 3 receiving scores.
- This game has a closer line and if Marks is once again the lead and pass game guy, he should see 10+ touches, some catches, and get you that volume C with 6 teams on bye
